At HUMVN.AI, every product is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size, color selection, or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at humvn.aii@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.
